$10 Single vineyard rosé from a big name winemaker (Charles Smith), we check out the new Kirkland Signature K Vine Rosé from Costco.
Syrah rosé from the Buckshot Vineyard in Columbia Valley, Washington State.
The Kirkland Signature K Vine Rosé is available exclusively at Costco for $9.99.
Today we're checking out the companion wine to the Kirkland Signature K Vine Chardonnay we previously reviewed, both produced by Charles Smith. We were left a little underwhelmed by the Chardonnay so let's see how the rosé compares!

The 2020 Kirkland Signature K Vine Rosé opens with a pleasing aroma of strawberry, cherry, melon and some light herbal notes.
Taking a sip reveals this to be pretty tasty with more strawberry and cherry plus watermelon and some other tart fruit notes. Smooth and with good depth of flavor on the juicy fruit, it also has a bit of a creamy note.
The wine turns a bit tart on the dry, long finish. Overall this is rather quaffable. A solid rosé, we liked this one a bit better than the Chardonnay.
